1)  Do your products have an expiration date?

Yes, our products expire but not for a couple of years! See guide below:

            Satin Concealer – 24 months

            Lip Tint – 24 months

            Eyebrow Pencil – 24 months

            Liquid Blush – 36 months

            Glow Palette – 36 months 

2)  Are your products vegan?

Yes. All our products have vegan formulation.

3)  Do your products have paraben?

No. All our products are paraben-free.

4)  Were your products tested on animals?

No. All our products are cruelty-free.

5)  Do you have different shades for different skin tones?

Yes we do. Our products come in different shades and tones for every skin type. Check out our swatches on our instagram page @offdutybeautyph

6) Can I use your products even if I have oily skin?

Yes. Our products can be used by all skin types: dry, oily or combination skin.

7)  Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are mild on the skin and we have clients that have sensitive skin but we suggest you ask your dermatologist first.

PAYMENT

1)  What modes of payment are available?

We strive to make your shopping experience easy and convenient so we have provided 4 ways in which you can shop:

Gcash, Bank deposit (BDO), Paypal and Credit Card. 

2)  Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions?

We do not accept cash transactions at the moment.

 

DELIVERY

1)  What shipping company do you use?

We have partnered with a third party delivery company called GoGo Xpress to handle shipping of our products. 

2)  How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes about 2-3 days depending on your location. 

3)  Do you accept same day orders?

Yes we do, but please order via DM and let us know!

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

1)  Can I return my item?

No returns can be made once items except for the following reasons:

  • wrong item received (photo required)
  • damaged item (subject to approval)

2)  Can I refund my item?

No refunds are allowed. All items are considered sold once shipment has       been made. 

3)  Can I change my item after receiving confirmation?

Please get in touch with us immediately for any changes in your order. No changes can be made if not communicated within 24 hours and when orders have been shipped out.

4)  I forgot to pay for my order within 24 hours. Do I need to place an order again?

All orders not paid within 24 hours are automatically cancelled. Do get in touch again and place your order and we will be happy to assist you.
